I find the information that The Vegan Society puts out to be very helpful.  Check out their site for a plethora of information on Plant Based Diets and what they’re all about.  I found this Plant Based Nutrition Guide to be especially helpful.  To all you vegans out there- you may want to brush up on how you’re getting enough protein (one of the most commonly asked questions to vegetarians and vegans alike) before the holidays so you’re armed with intelligent responses.  Good luck!
