This tasty treat is the perfect little pick-me-up in the morning.  It’s light yet warm- the perfect comfort food.  It can even double as a dairy free ice cream topper if you’re feeling adventurous. 


  • 1 package of strawberries
  • 1 package of blueberries
  • 1 lemon

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350.  Hull and slice strawberries and put in casserole container (you can really use any kind of oven safe container but I like to put the lid on this to really soften up the fruit).  Add in blueberries and mix together.  Squeeze lemon over the fruit and let cook for 15-20 minutes until the fruit is soft and soupy.  Sprinkle some World’s Easiest Granola on top of mixture and serve!  For a crisper option, try broiling the dish for a couple of minutes until the granola turns golden brown.

Yeilds about 4 servings
