A perfect dish to get you in the mood for fall!  I got these beautiful sprouts from a farm stand down the street because the were too good to resist.  I just kind of went with my gut on these suckers and they came out really good and smelled like fall.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:  Put halved brussel sprouts into already boiling water for 8 minutes.  They will get really green and that’s a good sign!  While they are boiling, pre-heat oven to 400.  Strain and put into an oven safe pan.  Mix the vinegars together in a seperate bowl and evenly pour onto sprouts in pan.  Shake the dry spices evenly over the sprouts and cover with aluminum foil.  Let bake in oven for 25 minutes.  Uncover and stir, put on the top rack and let broil for 5-7 minutes to get a nice crispy finish!  Enjoy with family and friends!
