This dish was a great learning experience for me. I never really thought to use asparagus in a stir fry but the still crunchy pieces added a lot of flavorful bites. This recipe was more on the simple side so it was nice that I didn’t have to get a bunch of things for it. Also, we used white mushrooms we had left over from a different recipe instead of the dried mushrooms it called for. Very tasty and filling!
